I'm a Norwegian hobby photographer with interests in
abandoned, lost places, decay,history and urbex. Work with 3D visualization on a daily basis.

Hope you like my pictures of abandoned places in Norway, Sweden, Germany, Austria and United Kingdom.

I follow the urbex code: Leave only footprints, take nothing but photographs. I have never used forced entry to any of the place I have visited.

On tumblr I only post my own shots and don't reblog others work here, but I "like" lots of other tumblr posts.

Shower/toilet room in a underground shelter facility underneath Oslo capable of hiding 1130 persons from radioactive debris or fallout resulting from a nuclear explosion. Built during the Cold war.

Some kind of strange activity going on in an abandoned Norwegian school building. Feel lucky I got this shot. Have no idea what this mad scientist was up too. Probably going to take over the world or something…

One of the classrooms in this abandoned Norwegian school building. All the windows were impossible to see through because of frost, so you felt that you were shielded from the outside world. Outside there was a blizzard and huge amounts of snow. Typical Norwegian urbex…The place was left to decay in 2006. Plans for rebuilding the place to a clinic for people with deadly diseases hasn’t started yet. There are little vandalism, but they should hurry fix this place - it is falling apart.

“And then the Sun appeared yet again …” Another great visit to Lier Mental Asylum. Tried to focus on taking fewer, but better pictures. Abandoned in 1986.

One of the wards at Lier Psychiatric Hospital. Parts of it was closed in 1986 and are still abandoned. It is located outside Oslo in Norway.Here the doctors tested new medicines and ways to help the patients. Lobotomy, electroshock and drugs like LSD was used.It’s a spooky place with a very interesting history.
